For months David C. Bills has shown inaction and deception. His vanity project stole my summer, and I believe he intends to keep taking from the neighborhood once his “stadium” (as he refers to it as) on the lower field opens. The thing that makes me most mad is if someone that did not have my capabilities lived on this street, no one would have any visibility into David Bills, Ken Coon, and Mike Walker. Nothing new today.. I did start testing my West Genesee Light Cam (no worries will only be aimed at the lights) Its just the last image before I stopped the test.
